Where do I get an environmental permit in Riyadh?
From the permits and licences platform of the National Center for Environmental Compliance. The platform is the same for every region, and the first step on it is the activity classification form.
How long does a construction permit take?
The published service time is ten working days for Category 1, 30 for Category 2 and 60 for Category 3. It starts once the application is complete and does not include preparing the study.
